Jon moved to the Valley in 2016 to benefit from a robust construction industry and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Aspen. Formerly a project manager building custom homes in Cleveland, Jon brings a wholistic approach to painting. From detailed estimates to final invoice, Jon facilitates win-win relationships between client and contractor.

Andrew Richardson

Vice President of Industrial Coatings

Andrew possesses a wealth of knowledge in high performance and industrial coatings. Previously Andrew was a coatings consultant representing manufacturers and coordinating with engineers, architects and municipalities. He is N.A.C.E. certified and holds a Coatings Inspector Program certification. Andrew is detail oriented and is committed to excellence.

Jorge Guerra

OPERATIONS MANAGER

A true success story, Jorge grew up in the undeveloped jungle of Belize and immigrated to the United States at the age of 13. In the years following, Jorge has displayed an unrivaled work ethic with an insatiable appetite for learning. Fully bilingual, he is a top-shelf applicator and arguably the best faux painter in our local market. In additional, his communication and management skills make him the comprehensive operations manager to control quality and process.

Cassie Meingasner

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Cassie joined the team at the end of 2017. Her work experiences in retail, hospitality and landscaping make her a great addition. Cassie works on everything from estimating to accounts receivable. She possesses an exemplary work ethic which supports the successful completion of projects.
